The staff were extremely courteous and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I especially appreciated their attention to detail and their ability to cater to my personal preferences. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping kept the room clean and tidy at all times. Additionally, the hotel offered services such as dry cleaning and laundry, which were very convenient for me. The airport shuttle service was also available, making my travel arrangements hassle-free.

The perfect start to the new year! Stunning location, with incredible views of the surrounding nature. Loved the peaceful and authentic experience, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were friendly and hospitable, making us feel right at home. The food was superb, with both local and international options. We especially enjoyed the delicious seafood dishes and the refreshing cocktails served at the bar. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The best part was the guided boat tour, where we got to see some incredible wildlife and breathtaking landscapes.

The beds were a bit too hard for our liking, but still manageable. The only downside was that the internet connection was not very strong, making it difficult to stay connected with our loved ones back home.
